DANA B. MICHAELS, ESQ.
I ABOUT DANA I
Dana strives to guide clients through all family law proceedings with compassion and conviction. Her firm offers flat fee agreements for the different stages of litigation, providing predictable legal fees and cost certainty.
A native New Yorker who followed her family West, she landed in Arizona 20 years ago. At the time, Arizona did not offer reciprocity for her bar license, thus she could not easily begin to practice law here. After settling her two children into elementary school, Dana decided to hunker down and study for the Arizona Bar Exam, despite having graduated from law school 25 years earlier!
Having graduated with honors and serving Law Review from Pace University School of Law in New York, Dana began her legal career in 1990. Her civil litigation experience, combined with her desire to help families put their lives back on track, makes Dana a strong advocate. Dana is admitted to practice law in Arizona (2015), New York (1991) and Connecticut (1990). She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Arizona Women Lawyer’s Association.
She volunteers for My Sister’s Place, the Phoenix Rescue Mission, Feed my Starving Children and the FreshStart for Women Arizona Foundation. Her passion focuses on children and making sure their best interests are represented.
